I got this for my mom's iPhone as I'm a loyal Samsung user and she said that it charged relatively fast but for some reason it did not charge her to 100%. I noted that it was definitely heavy so even though it can fit in a purse it is a bit weighty. It's very cute and practical for traveling, especially flying. I think it's a good purchase but with room for improvement especially at this high price point.
This works just fine. The retractable cord is very flat and thin though, so I don't think it will last very long. I don't like that I have to carry around a cable to charge it. It plugs into the USB cord that is used on the new phones (the small, ovalish one). This is a pain for me because I do not have a phone like that, so I'd have to bring my giant laptop charger. I guess this device is only a benefit if you clip it on to something as it's too big and bulky for a pocket and the triangular shape is awkward. Then you'd need to not have to charge it during the day (or carry another cord). All that said, it works fine and has a very subtle % indicator on the front to let you know how much charge is left. This will get some use, but it will be my last go to for a charger like this.
